Helicon focus test

this is only my second test using Helicon focus........ now looking for better subjects

the first image 1/4@f10 along with the next 12 images with only a shift in focus...... Subject is 4.5cm long

The focus stack came out very well.

I'd shoot this type of thing on a less textured surface or at a lower angle sp you don't get the slightly oddly wide DOF band on the surface.

BTW Zerene stacker is also very good - free beta ATM.
