All comments lost
One of my customer said to me that he dropped a bunch of comments on one of my gallery. I don't see them. Seems that they are lost. I'm sure he did it correctly because he was already used to do it. He dropped the comments on Aug 8 after having suffered already from the nightmare of the maintenance day.
I'm very reluctant to ask him to do it again. It would not be not so good for smugmug to have to explain him that his effort is lost because of some kind of bug at smugmug. Don't like that.
I would really appreciate to get some support to retrieve this data.

I did also check the same link you provided and saw the same result, otherwise I would not have written this post.
I don't believe on a mistake at my customer's side sorry. Those last days, I have had many issues with smugmug and to be honest I am a bit disappointed.

but I was more lucky that it was solved by itself.
Without counting on the maintenance day of last week... I lost a whole day.

Loïc, I'm very sorry - we don't have any other reports of 'missing comments' but I've already asked. At this point, I can't say anything except I'm sorry, and that your customer didn't get the comments registered - how or why this happened, I do not know
