Upload Errors..tired of them.

Hey all...I am trying to upload a Huge amount of photos...like ten thousand...I keep getting a range of errors after certain random number of photos have been sent.
Is there anyway to be able to upload unattended?...is there a program to just skip over problem files?..Im finding it very frustrating to have to constantly check and restart the program..Im using the L.Room plugin.

    Well now when i try to upload i am getting this...

    chrome browser

    this application has failed to start because MSVCR71.DLL was not found. Re installing the application my fix this problem.
