If anyone finds themselves in or around Austin from August 22 through November 8th, the work of Chuck Close will be on display at the Austin Museum of Art (www.amoa.org). The web site hasn't updated for this show as of today; I received the information in the mail. There is a film on 9/10 and a lecture on 11/5 as well.
