SLIDESHOW issue - some galleries work, some don't

Please help! Some galleries of mine work in slideshow mode, some do not. I have no idea what the difference could be that's causing this. Does it have to do with the size of the gallery?? I really need to get a particular one on my site working, as I just shot a wedding and am getting ready to release it to the bride/groom. Thanks!

We can only help if you give us some examples of galleries (post the links to them) that don't work in slideshow mode. And, we need to know whether you're talking about the full-screen slideshow or the slideshow view in the style menu.

Well, looks like it suddenly works now. Weird. Maybe one of you SmugMug experts can take a look, anyway, so I can make sure everything is ok before I unleash these on the public.

The problem was with the full-screen slideshow. Here is the link:

Glad it's working now. I don't work for Smugmug, just trying to help out. That link is a password protected gallery so I can't check it out.

Did you use that very link or rather your custom domain? If you used the custom domain, that's a known issue with password protected galleries that have external links turned off.
The workaround is either to use the SmugMug nickname address or turn external links on.
It's been reported to our engineers, but I can't say when it will get fixed. We're aware of the issue.
