I was hired to shoot a horse and am beaming with pride over this shot... it's truly SOOTC and I haven't changed anything... simply opened in raw, added my copyright & saved as jpg... Even though his eye is a tad soft, his coat is gorgeous & these are the shots I "LOVE" to get!! As always c&c welcomed!!!

Congrats. Wonderful light. That eye can be sharpened easily in Photoshop.

Thanks for the compliment! Yous said his eye would be an easy fix in Photoshop. I have CS4 and have always used it for scrapbooking and digital design and still have TONS of trouble with using it to "better" my photographs... Sure, I can change the look of the photo, but to sharpen only the eye... Do I accomplish that with a new layer via copying the eye and using the unsharp mask on that new layer???

Any insight is truly appreciated. By the way, I love your photos and noticed you're in Texas---"howdy neighbor"!
