I recently bought the Dell 2209WA.
When I installed its driver it automatically installed Dell's Color Profile.
How many of you use this profile? Does it performs good?
For me I get some photos with strange colors (Human Skin).
How would you set the monitor for the best sRGB colors without having access to any calibrator?
Thanks.

You don't. Get a calibrator.
I'm not a pro photographer. Just need a good enough Color Accuracy.
Has anybody tried the profile?
Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Because when I apply it (Set it as Default in Vista Color Management Panel) some of the colors in some pictures (Human Skin) get messy. Both in Photoshop and in Vista Viewer (Which is color aware).
It's a total crapshoot. The profiles and calibration vary _greatly_ by device.
Trying to eyeball things is a fool's errand. You will not get accurate results, because you cannot eyeball. Ambient light affects perception.
I'm not trying to be an ass. But you're saying "Hey, can I buy the Empire State Building for $5?" and I'm saying, "not in this lifetime." Buy a Huey or borrow one, and calibrate the monitor. Or accept that random results when you print or order photos are okay. There's really no middle ground; "best software calibration" is a farce.
Have you gone into Vista Color Management and set the profile to use ?
Try it with the Dell supplied profile and with the standard sRGB profile.
That monitor, per factory default, is said to be fairly accurate colorwise, but far too bright. For print matching you'll need to dial it way back.
