30 keywords restriction applies to video too?

I've got a site that hosts photos from athletic events like running races and triathlons, allowing participants to search for their photos based on their name or race number. I use keywords to support this, and all works brilliantly. Each picture use keywords to tag the first, last name, and race number of each athlete in the photo, so each picture can support up to 10 athletes. This has proven fine except for a very few cases, in which case I simply load a 2nd copy of that photo.

However, I also have video files of about 5 minute clips. Over 100 athletes can be included in any one of these short videos.

Does the 30 keywords limit apply to videos as well? If so, any suggestions on solutions (other than shorter video clips - not an option!). Obviously I don't want to load 10 separate copies of a 200MB video in order to support a video that includes 100 athletes.

Thanks!
