SmugMug Color Profiling for Web Issue

Hey Everyone! So I was wondering if anyone had any answers regarding color profiles. I have decided to print through Bay Photo and, in uploading the photos for printing, have used their color profile. Herein lies the issue... :scratch the color translation in proofing as these images are not saved for web. Does anyone know if there is a way to correct this or is it best just to sample and provide a disclaimer for this discrepancy there and elsewhere?

Hi,just use the profile for soft proofing, but don't embed it in the files. Thanks!

Hey, thanks for your response. If you wouldn't mind asking, how would I go about doing this in Photoshop CS3, while saving for web? Thanks for all of your help!
