Hello all.

I recently purchased a new domain from jumba and i am having trouble getting it on to my smugmug account.

My old domain is www.ndavphotography.com which i got to work with help from a lot of people here.

How do i get this domain to be my domain for my smugmug account?

Cheers, Nic

    Tell us more about the problem?

    On your domain site, set up a cname for your domain to domains.smugmug.com - then you put www.yourdomain.com in your domain field, SmugMug control panel. Help:
    http://www.smugmug.com/help/professional-accounts

    If you are stuck, send us (at our help desk, ATTN: Nick) your domain host UserID and set the password
    to something temporary like SmugTemp123. I will log in and make the
    changes or check the settings for you. When I am done you can reset the
    password.

    1. the name of your domain registrar
    2. login name to your domain
    3. change the password for your domain to smugtemp{insert_4_random_digits}

    Once we have made the changes, we will let you know so that you could
    change your password back.

    I've replied to your email Nic. You've got everything setup correctly but your nameservers aren't responding to us. Please check the email I sent and reply to that with any questions.
