This evening, I had a relatively clear view of Mt. Baker. So, I decided to get my long lens out and take a few snaps. Here's my best from tonight. Enjoy!
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.

Thanks, Danny! This was taken with a 600mm lens. The evening was exceptionally clear last night, so I just had to take the shot.

Thanks, Karl! This was shot with a 600mm.
I love where I live, as I have a good view of Lake Washington, Mt. Baker, and the Cascades. I'm also just 7 min from work, without having to use the freeway!

Though I must say I'd be a little more impressed with a 16mm grizzly portrait than a 600mm landscape

Thanks, Ron! As you know, right after a storm, the visibility is pretty clear as long as the skies are free of clouds. That evening was one such day.
Ya, I wanna see a close up shot of a grizzley with a 16mm too!

Thanks, Christina! My wife had the same thought when I first showed her the image.
