Help! Control Panel Disappeared

Ok I think I really screwed something up. I was uploading my logo/header while creating my site and once I got done editing and saving the CSS and HTML the control panel is gone and has been replaced with my logo. I can't seem to access anything at all. How do I do I get the control panel back so I can edit my site?????
