PSD files in Paint Shop Pro

Purest Light Photography

I have heard that I can open PSD files using Corel Paint Shop Pro. I am looking to purchase some templates (PSD) and I just wanted to make sure they would work properly in PSP. And how would I open them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The PSP tutorials are mostly crap but you can do pretty much anything in PSP that you can in Adobe. I randomly found this site http://www.andiesmithdesigns.com/
she makes backgrounds, templates ect. all in PSD files and I just emailed her to see if she knew if they opened in PSP. She wasn't sure so she emailed me one to try and it worked! Im so excited to use them.
