As far as post processing goes, I figure out what my pics need per event; if it's a dreary day they may need more saturation; if I'm shooting at iso 3200 they may need chromatic noise reduction. I just follow basic guidelines any photographer could benefit from- I make sure the color balance, exposure value, and composition are where they need to be- in a nutshell, I take the picture right the first time as there are no retakes.
Great collection of photos, really impressive work. They're all terrific, but I think the first shot in your first group is my favorite, really a good portrait!

Boxing is like chess. A real thinking mans sport.
The best part of boxing is the hug at the end. Two guys kicking each others asses for an entire fight, ends in a big mooshy hug! Can't beat it.
