Here is a recent shoot i did the spot we ended up shooting at had some tricky lighting. It was very woods and the light was straying through in only some spots. used a reflector on most for fill. C&C welcome!!

Yes I revealed the shots to her and that was her favorite.

5 and 8. Here's why 5 works and many of the others don't.

A) She's looking into the frame, not out of the edge.
It's shot level with her eyes. You shot from below eye level on many others, which is not a flattering perspective. The only reason to do that is to make someone look bigger or more powerful: two things you never want with female subjects.

I would still do a little PP work on 5 to fix the underexposure and correct the color cast you have.

she acutally asked for the below the eye look. thanks for the c&c ya i did a little exposure fix it and its much better now.

As a pro, you need to learn that when a client asks something you do it. (Obvious). But just because they say they want it doesn't actually mean they do. Based on her image selection, we can infer that a low perspective wasn't really what she wanted. Clients aren't photographers and are sometimes confused about what they want.
