Updating keywords in bulk?

Looking for a way to update keywords in bulk ... images have already been uploaded to Smugmug and now I want to add new keywords. Sometimes the same keywords can be applied to every image in a gallery. Sometimes I want to be more selective, but still there were be many images within a gallery which will have the same keyword.

Ideas?
