    Howdy Jack,

really neat shot and love the perspective, makes me feel like I am just getting ready to step on.

I was wondering, has being able to shoot in the Subways slacked up abit? I have heard/read that a lot of folks seemed to get hassled, even arrested for shooting the train/trams?
    Take care,

WOW!! This is a great shot!!

Excellent exposure- nice bright colors- leading lines of the subway- yellow line- and pillars. Love the feeling of the open door.

    Very nice shot Jack! clap.gif

Thanks Craig. As to the photographing of the subways, DUH I never thought of that! headscratch.gif Fortunately the station was pretty deserted :D

This is a very contemplative photo. It's obviously well done technically....good composition, etc....but it also elicits from the viewer a range of conscious thoughts: like where are the people, what time of day could it be. Very good, Jack.

    Take care,

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

I thought those questions too. Last time I road the subway (which was long ago) it was packed with people except during the late night hours. So I'm thinking Jack must of been up late :D

Love it!! The lack of people, the whole feel of the image works for me. Nice patience and planning on getting a time when no one was there.

    Jack,

There's lots to like about this image. Strong lines & I love the WA distortion. It really works well with this image thumb.gif

    Hi Nik
Thanks for stopping by. I'll give the SC a try (but I may have to also do a blue version as that's my favorite color :D )
