Sad to say, I haven't been on here in months. I kind of just hung around on Nikoncafe, Though I know theres a lot of crossover traffic with Nikoncafe, I was really impressed with a lot of the photo threads when I came back here the other day!
Plus I was talking to a new photographer and recommending sites to join for feedback, And you can't even join Nikoncafe right now!

Anyway, now that i'm done my little rant, I just wanted to post a sort of catch up on all the stuff I've shot since the last time I was on here!

#19 is freakin' fantastic! BTW, you have a really distracting dust-spot on #2 in the lower left of the frame. I only mention it b/c it's such an awesome capture...get rid of the dust! :D

Were those taken in Kelowna BC?
    Cheers,
    Marc.

Good eye! A lot of these are Vancouver yes, All the architecture, and the waterfall is Bridal Veil Falls.

Haha ya, That dust spot I have fixed for all my printing files, But I've yet to re-upload and fix the website copy!
Oh and yes Kelowna is my stomping grounds, so quite a few of these are from there. The clouds in the golf course shots are actually smoke from the forest fire thats still burning here right now!

I've fallen in love with printing on Fujiflex (Fuji Crystal Archive Supergloss). And I have to spend a ton of time prepping the prints for the lab in Ontario, so the final files I get aren't really suitable for re-uploading :) Just have to stop being lazy and fix the original too!

Love #2,3, Beautiful clouds with great detail on contrast depth. I also like your IR's, I'd love to see #11 in white with a dark sky background.

    Nice series all around.

Just an amazing set of images! I don't know were to start as they are all beautiful in their own way. If I had to pic favorites, they would have to be #'s 3 & 6.

    Thanks for all the comments!
I have such a hard time picking my own favorites, but #6 and #12 printed really nice on Fujiflex!
I used to deal exclusively with Metallic paper (Kodak Endura Metallic), but now, I've been converted!

All the visible light shots except the first were with a Fuji S5 Pro, It really is a fantastic camera for Landscapes. Very Underrated In my opinion!
    Picture #1 was a D300
And the IR are shot with a converted D70!

I'm glad to see the variety in peoples favorite pictures!
