2. I got to go get some wasp poison :wow

    Nice shot, Ben!

    Did Jeff shoot with you?

    A comparison would be interesting.

    That is really cool!

Not that I would want the bees, but the focusing is fantastic!

Instead of replying to each one this time I thought I'd just throw you guys a second shot. Felt bad my 1st wasn't a great BIF or something similar. Soooo I recruit Maggie for one, best bird I know anyway :D

I can tell right away the difference between my FZ and D2hs, well no comparison really. The depth of color/contrast jumps right out at ya. Detail in maggies beak is right on. But I did notice that the FZ allowed me to get a little lazy with shutter speed due to IS, so I got to remember that old addage shutter speed = focal length or faster

I'm diggin' the wasps nest shot.

When I was about 8, we walked along Feather River. Stopping every now and
again to fish. It's where I learned to fly fish. But that's beside the point. I
stepped in a wasp's nest and whoaholycow! Got few stings out of that one.
    And a lesson I'll never forget :D

1st fly fishing very cool, never done it myself, have been a reg type fisher guy though you know the worm thing. But always liked watching the way you whip that pole and delicately drop your fly in a likely spot and coax Mr. fish to bite.
You like the wasp piccie, good cause there will be more to come. I've decided to extend their lease for a bit and see if I can't do better then the one I posted here :D
