Looks like an oil spill...

My only wish for it was that the flower were more visible; not a head-on shot, but the neck just bends away from you, and wish it bent just a bit toward you (though it doesn't look like you'd want to reach in there to adjust).

I like this shot as well,
maybe a slightly darker vignette to draw you in to the flower?

I agree...you probably didn't want to reach in to adjust the flower. Water looks alittle cruddy, but I like this photo. I see something clean and fragile in mucky water. As for your title..its fitting because I don't think the flower will last long in there.

thanks for the comments! Definately didn't want to reach in there I was actually standing next to a drop off anyway so couldn't have even reached. I was taking shots of my little girl smelling the flower and for some reason she threw it in the lake and for some reason I shot it.. Anyway thanks again!
