Making Items inactive to buy

is there a way to make images inactive from purchases if they need croping
i have made some custom borders for the images from an event that i shot and it seems like they need to be cropped which really defeats the purpose of the border .... the border size is 16x11 .... or is there a better size that i should use so that all sizes of images do not need cropping

Not sure what you're asking. What do you mean by inactive?

That would be chopped by bleed-trim at the lab, so yes, don't sell it. Set image level pricing to $0 for all items for those images.
