Ok this has been going on all weekend one time I can go to my website and it opens fine same with linked photos to other sites but an hour later the linked photos are gone and when I go to my site it just sits there blank I ck on a gallery but the pictures won't load for 1-3 min.
What can I do to fix this even when I get an email from smugmug saying an order has been placed I can't go there and see what was ordered.
I went through some things with Andy yesterday but not fixed yet.

Can you please try running a Traceroute again?
Try these instructions to run a traceroute on a PC:
http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/2959046
We've got a handy tool to help us see the connection quality between you and SmugMug. Go here:
http://www.smugmug.com/homepage/traceroute.mg
You will see the results on your screen and also receive an email with the results that you can send to us.
Try running those tests when you are having the problem and also when you are not having the problem. You can email the results to us here: http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal. When you email us please include a link to this Dgrin thread.
Some other things you can try are to restart your router and/or modem. Turn them off, unplug them and let them sit for a couple minutes, then plug them back in. If you are using a router you can also try plugging in directly to your modem to rule out it being a problem with the router.
Since it seems like you may be having DNS issues you can also clear your DNS. There are instructions on how to do that here: http://www.tech-faq.com/flush-dns.shtml.
Give these a try and let us know how it goes.
