i was over in eastern Washington on Saturday shooting for a river-rafting company, and the cedar waxwings were all over in the brush along the riverbank. i was able to get some pretty close shots... this one is very nearly full-frame. 40D, 100-400L @ 400mm, 1/640 @ f/8...

Good capture. thumb.gif I would clone out the distratcing branch above your subject's head and I would also try to bring out the eye some more.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
