I used the automate panorama on this one just to see what it would look like. I've very satisfied with the result. Enjoy!

    It's a tool in Photoshop that combines sequential photos into one photo. It's usually used for really wide shots of scenery. This is the first time I've used it to display action. I had other shots, but they weren't satisfactory. This one was shot and spaced with this end result in mind.

    Wonderful!! Did you generate the pano and then merge with the fixed background to freeze the people in the background? Nice usage of the splicing tool, I didn't realize it wouldn't totally freak out with something moving like that.

    Actually, CS4 did it all automatically as long as the change doesn't overlap, it works rather well on it's own. I recommend trying this.

    As far as the shooting goes, try not to have the action overlap into another frame, you'll get some wired ghost/half body effects. LoL. Here is another one, didn't like this as much. As you can see the pano didn't work well. I shot it too tight.
