I found this on the help section but it was too confusing, can someone explain it "simply"?
You can set up your web address (URL) so that both http://www.yourdomain.com and http://yourdomain.com will bring up your site.
In the "settings" area there is only room for one or the other. And the help section doesn't even mention what to do at Go Daddy.

The help page links to the wiki. On the wiki is a link to instructions on setting up GoDaddy http://wiki.smugmug.net/display/SmugMug/GoDaddy+CNAME+Setup
You need both a CNAME and an @ A record for it to work correctly. If you need help. Give me a shout on the help desk.
