Steam Engine & Old Castle

This was taken a month or so ago. The castle in the background is Corfe Castle which was heavilly damaged in the civil war by Cromwell and his men.

The steam engine and the track it runs on is run and maintained by volunteers.

    Hey Steve,

    I love steam locamotives...

    Great comp & exposure. Personally, I'm not a big fan of selective color, but each to their own.

    A fine image.

    I don't care for selective color much either. This is a nice photograph but I think it would look better if the whole thing was black and white.

    This was an experiment as I am not usually one for doing a lot of editing.

    Selective colour seems to divide people, some like it others don't and on the whole I tend to be in the first group but I thought I would give it a go and see how it turned out.

    I'm still not convincedne_nau.gif myself.

    Nice picture although I think I'm in the black and white camp.
