It was still as the sun was going down last night, so I got out my tripod and took a couple shots, as the bugs ate me. These were taken with my 5D and 100-300 L lens.

ISO 50, 6/1 , F10, 250mm.

ISO 50, 5/1 , F10, 250mm.

Comments and Suggestions please, both for taking the shot, and post.

Thanks

Your coming up with many very nice shots with that 100-300. Very cool.
Only nit I have is that I can not view them as a whole image at 1000+
pixels wide. 800 wide x 600 or so fits well for any bodies computer monitor.
For web browser I have my picture auto resize turned off. I think a lot of
folks have it set just that way also. :D

These flowers are lovely. Color is excellent and the BOKEH is pretty nice. thumb.gif

I decreased the size, is that better? or should I make it smaller?

Sorry, I am used to 1024 * 1280 or higher.

    Thanks

    No worries really. :D
Yes, much better for size. Nice of you to consider things for monitor viewing.

Your getting really nice sharp out of that lens most of the time. Hand held
can be a worry for "getting" the shot. Tripod is practically a must. Hand held
is like wishing on a star.
