Not doing it for me, sorry. Nothing is really crisp (at least to my eyes/monitor combo); perhaps just too much haze/fog. There's nothing that really says, "Stuck," either. Looks more like 'drive-up swimming', or 'shore-side pickup'. I think that the one guy is just walking and to other may or may not be moving doesn't convey that they are really troubled.
