BackPrinting with EZPrint, no "@" sign allowed

All,
Been mindlessly using my standard back print format which used to have my full email address when folks orderd from EZPrint, but have just come to learn that they no longer allow an "@" so the email address has a blank where the @ should be.
Since it works on Bay, I don't want to change the format, and it appears that there is only one "backprint" for both shops allowed. I also don't think forcing folks to Bay is the answer either.
Anyone doing anything creative when using a contact email address for customers?
Thanks.

Andy,
Thanks.
Any way to have a different back print template for Bay and for EZPrint. Since Bay accepts the @ I think most folks who want an email address on the backprint (for customers) would like to have it (the @) there. If we could have a different one for EZPrint (because of the limitation), I would go with something like you say there and keep a standard email address for Bay customers.

iMac,
I don't think so.. Looks pretty limited as to alpha characters and only a few non alpha characters.
