    While the high saturation of color works nicely for the bird...not so much for the feeder and background.

    I don't like to 'play' with my photos too much. What you see is what comes from the camera and my D300 really pumps up the red.

    15524779-Ti.gif The saturation works good in #1, but the feeder and background are too much on the others. Great shots, good composition, but also good coming right out of the camera.

    rolleyes1.gifI wouldn't consider adjusting the image properly as play. If you are not converting from raw files then I'm sure you can change the setting for jpeg output in the camera.

    All images need to be "played" with one way or another.

    It's incredible how fast these guys are. Nice color although highly saturated as has already been stated. Perhaps you could bump up the shutter speed to try to lower some of the motion blur and then bump up your ISO to compensate for the lower light with higher shutter speed.
