Yosemite Tourist Landscapes

Here are some shots, with a bit of a twist, from my first trip to Yosemite, back during Memorial Day weekend. Instead of trying endlessly to avoid people in my shots, the people were fair game and it gave me some unique photos and gave the photos some more life. My favorite was the Lower Yosemite Falls B&W Pano (7 shots I think?).

I am planning on going back this fall for the foliage, around Nov 1-6. I am now armed with the canon 24-70. So I should get even better quality images now. I will be up in the Cascades 2 weeks prior to that. Should be a fun Autumn.

Very nice all around! FWIW, my personal favorites are "Lower Yosemite Falls Mist Pano", and "Mist Trail". The two women in Mist Trail make an odd contrast - the one of the left is in full-on hiking gear with the flop hat and camelbak, whereas the other looks like she was teleported from NYC complete with black coat.

Beautifully done! The people somehow look like they belong in the scene, so great job there. My favorite is "Mist Trail." Love those greens!
