The latest CS4 panel from The Light's Right provides twenty-five different diffuse glow effects. You can choose from a basic diffuse glow, high key glow, low key glow, dreamy focus, and soft focus in five different intensities.
The CS4 panel makes the actions really easy to use. Select the type of glow, pull the slider for the intensity, and click the Apply button.
Like all of the tools from the Photoshop community, this is free to the digital photography community.
