Hi,

I am the photographer at a fundrasier at theend of semptember. They hired me to make a slideshow to play during the event and to photograph the event.

its for a summer camp. the last event i photographed for them, several parents were asking me how they could buy the images, at that time all i could do was give them my business card.

so my question is What can i do to hand out to people directing them to my website and such at this fundraiser, i will be there taking pics, but want something more than a business card.

any ideas??

thanks

5 hours and no response just means you might have to be a little patient.

If you have a 4x6 dye sub printer and a laptop, you could take one of the pictures from the day and insert your logo and info over a picture, then hand that out.

Why not just do a quantity of 4 over post card size cards with one of your better pictures of some event that you've shot and print on one of the lower corners all of your contact information.

I can't find it right now because my office is a huge disaster.........but I ordered a free kit of advertising ideas from www.gotprint.com One of the items was a table topper. If this is a sit down event you can put one on each table and then everyone will see your contact info, put some business cards with the topper so they can take one with them.

I also threw together a 4x6 business photo that I've passed out at an event and it seemed to generate a lot of hits on my website.......

Go to your local stationary store and buy a package of table toppers (tent cards) that you can print on. Put a few sample photos into a small collage with your contact info. clearly visible and plunk one on each table. Business cards at each place setting - and you're done.
Creating visual and verbal images that resonate with you.

I like the post card idea!!

I did one of these this year and had MOO print up fifty business cards with the "feature" photo image of the gallery they were to look in. And on the back of Moo cards there's plenty of room to shout out, place a photo of you and so on~~

www.moo.com use this code if you buy, please, and receive free shipping if you order by Aug 31: QPZB4U

    cheers~
