Caterpillar

The wife was transplanting an Aquiliga plant from the back garden to the front of house border area and this caterpillar fell from the leaves. That is the leaf it is on the images I have, so I assume the eggs were laid on the Aquiliga and that it is using this as it's food.
It's a woolly bear as I called them as a kid, though its true identity I have yet to determine.
