What to do about damaged prints?

Just got a medium sized order back from Bay photo and two of the 8x10s have a wrinkled corner that extends about 4 tenths of an inch into the prints. It obviously happened after the prints were put into the plastic sleeve as that was wrinkled too. Can't see any damage to the cardboard envelope which the mail man brought to the door. I love Bay Photo's photographic quality, but don't want to give even slightly damaged prints to a client. I have snaps of the damage taken right after they came out of the envelope. What's my recourse?
