All my Pictures seem to be missing on my Pro Account!

Aloha ,

Not sure what is going on here, as i didn't change anything..

cname is missing or something? I didn't change anything, its been set up and working for years!

Now every gallery is gone, or the url is messed up!

    they are there when I looked but mine is doing the same thing as yours was. I guess there updating.

    It is because you have www.ivanlockert.com improperly forwarded to your SmugMug account. I removed www.ivanlockert.com from the domain field of your SmugMug control panel and all is well. Please properly CNAME your www.ivanlockert.com custom name an all will be well. We've never ever supported forwarding,thought it would work in some circumstances. Help?

    its ok now, I had photos.toy4runner.com set up, however that has been that for your years and just the other day it stopped working. Anyhow, i removed it from the control panel and now its all working again.

    Yes, we notified our pros a while ago, that CNAMEs were changing due to us adding performance for you via Akamai. And that improperly set up domains would eventually break when we made other changes. We made some changes this weekend. It only takes a few minute to get properly set up, we can help :D Just write our Support Heroes ATTN: Doc
