This is a mix set I shot last week, hope you like them. Only the #2 was shot with natural light.

A great selections of macros. However a few details as well as sharing the pics would be great. I am guessing you shot these with a MP-65 Canon lens or something similar. I am guessing but perhaps a little focus stacking as well. Beautifully sharp and not over flashed. No real hot light spots. What sort of flash did you use? A ring flash I guess by the lack of any directional shadows.
I have often debated where macro finishes and micro starts. I know there is no defined line but I wonder if there should be? I have enjoyed your shots, spurs me on to better things.

@Aussieroo: All of my photos in this series were shot with F11, 1/160 s, ISO 100. Using twinlight MT24 with Canon MPE 65mm. No focus stack, just a little sharpness using PS. Thank a lots for your kind comment.

Well I have to say you have mastered that lens very well. I have a shooting partner that has that lens and light, May just have to beg a little and see if I can borrow them for some practice. I am just shooting the Canon 100mm macro lens and Kenco rings and get reasonable results but nothing bordering on this great stuff. I did pick a cheap, ring flash reflector that fits on the front of the 580MK11 which does a very good job even though it is a tad large. Your shots inspire me to bigger and better efforts.
