My main page http://shangchen.smugmug.com shows up. My categories show up (such as http://shangchen.smugmug.com/Weddings ). But the moment I try to open any of my galleries, the link goes to a 404 page. Help? I checked on both MSIE and Chrome. Help!

Also, I wanted to add, it seems like the links are trying to replace "shangchen.smugmug.com" with "www.shangchenphoto.com" even though I'd changed where my domain should be pointing a long ago (so, "shangchen.smugmug.com" should remain pointing to "shangchen.smugmug.com"). Even if I try to type in a gallery's name like http://shangchen.smugmug.com/Weddings/090808CaraRick/ it doesn't work and tries to route through shangchenphoto.com

It sounds to me like your custom domain is not set up properly. See this thread for details. Yes, that is definitely the issue because this URL: http://shangchen.smugmug.com/gallery/9195078_jgB3Q works. As part of the nice names functionality and improved SEO, Smugmug goes to your custom domain more often than it used to. You can fix your custom domain as described in that thread or you can ask Smugmug to help you fixed it (they have an expert in just this function) or you can temporarily remove your custom domain from the Smugmug control panel.

John is right about this. It is your domain that is causing problems.

I found the problem. You had the custom domain www.shangchenphoto.com in your SmugMug control panel. That does not point at SmugMug so it was causing a conflict. I have removed it and you should be all set now. If you want to setup the domain or even a subdomain, please see this page for information on setting it up correctly. http://www.smugmug.com/help/professional-accounts
