Canceling an Account

Can you cancel an account before your year is up? Nothing wrong with the site or SmugMug, just walking away from photography for a couple years. Wasn't sure how it worked.

    yup, self cancel in your control panel, settings tab, or just write our Support Heroes and ask us (before your renewal date)

    We hang onto them for a short while (in case you decide to come back) but eventually we do have to remove them from the servers to make room for new uploads. You can always download your images back to your computer before you cancel.

    To download an entire gallery, go into the gallery and click Tools > This Gallery > Download All.
