Shopping Cart not filling up

Hi folks,
My problem is when somebody wants to buy prints. They are able to choose what they want but when they go to check out, nothing is there.

Am I missing a setting or something?

    Hi, this is usually when the customer has cookies blocked. I just checked your site and buying multiple hockey photos, they all landed in my IE8 cart just fine. Have your customer write our Support Heroes for fast friendly help if you want.

    Was testing this at work so it probably is the firewall messin with us.
