Gazebo in the park- please critique

I'm new to dgrin, and also to using my DSLR in manual mode. I'm still learning, and trying to understand aperture/shutter speed, etc. Would you mind critiquing this photo? I played around with the editing a bit, but the gazebo isn't as sharp as I would have liked. I guess I need to practice manual focusing more. I would appreciate any suggestions to help me learn! Thanks.

Welcome to Dgrin and this is a beautiful first image from you! The colors really pop and the subject matter is pleasing.thumb.gif At the size you've posted the image, it looks pretty sharp to me.
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.

Thank you for the compliment! You're right, it does look fairly sharp at this size. It's a little less sharp at larger sizes.

    Any other critiques, please?

Wow I love this! Best of all is the depth of field which makes the gazebo just pop right off the screen. Great colors and the exposure is fine. It almost looks miniature because the fg bushes are OOF and it's great. thumb.gif
