Just a simple questyion...
How to activate and use the journal stile...?

What type of subscription do you have?

If you are a Power User or Pro, then you can force galleries to appear in the Journal Style in the "Gallery Customisation" option under the "Tools" menu. (You can save this as part of a "Quick Setting".)


If you are a normal user, (or a Power User or Pro who doesn't force a particular style), then the style is under the control of the person who views your site. They will see a "Style" button, allowing them to change from one style to another, and their preference will be saved for the next time they view a smugmug site (not necessarily your site).

Even a standard user can set styles in 'Customize Gallery' of any given gallery. To set the style to Journal (old or new) simply select from the Gallery Style dropdown menu as seen in this screen shot. Remember to save your changes.
