What to do in this situation ? Landscape retouch

    I think that you can get 75% of the way with white balance. I added +29 for temp and +25 for tint in lightroom. I also reduced the blues in the HSL control in lightroom.

    I added a touch of Magenta, darkened it a bit with Levels and added a touch of Topaz Adjust.

    Great improvement and, based on the color of the foreground flowers and leaves, I suspect a pretty accurate representation of what the scence actually looked like to the photographer's eye.
