That place has had some history. Those window spaces seem it indicate something more than just a garage.

    I agree,

    that's why I stated "I think"

I'll admit, that's quite the hack job (I think HGTV calles that a conversion) on the building. rolleyes1.gif

    Thanks for looking Andrew

I LOVE this!! I love old buildings and this one has so much to offer. Contrasting colors, age, qwirks, the whole bit. And you did an amazing job capturing it. LOVE IT! :)

A very cool capture. What goes on behind those doors?

That building fascinates me. Looks like the three windows were there first and that the garage door was added later.

But regardless, it's got a lot of character, which you captured well. Do you have another shot that shows a wider angle view of the area? I'm very curious about the surroundings.

The southwest seems to have more than it's share of interesting buildings. I don't believe that I have a different shot of it, sorry.

Thanks for looking and your comments.

This is a great shot! I'd love to know how you processed it. Is it HDR?

Very nice work, Randy! That building must have an interesting history, and your image helps capture that.

What an intersting building. Looks like it was a garage with some kind of living quarters above. The door to the right that is boarded up looks like an entrance door for reaching upstairs.

Would be really fun to find out the history of that building. Did you peek inside?

HDR worked really well in this photo thumb.gif

No peeking, you might get an unexpected share of "lead" if you snoop around too much. eek7.gif

    Thanks for the comments Mary.

I hear that can happen sometimes -- I think an "air-shot" should come first so you can have a change of mind rolleyes1.gif
