Great image! There's so much to see. Love how she's taking advantage of the rain storm! The life going on as usual in the restaurant is great. I wonder why there are rows of sandals right behind her. Is this her store? I have to chuckle with the rat's nest of electrical in the right of the frame.

It is her store. A small shoe shop amongst everything else. I'd been sitting on the corner for a while and the afternoon thunderstorm came through. Everyone's behavior changed with the rain. Once the rain settled in she set up her bowl and simply began washing her hair.
