I was testing out something this morning and I went to one of my galleries while I wasn't logged in and acted like I wanted to purchase prints. I clicked on 8x10 and it says photo too small. I haven't done anything different and I always export from lightroom with highest quality. Why would my photo be too small for an 8x10?

What are the image's original dimensions? Did you crop from that to 1000x664, perhaps? If so, 1000x664 is no where near enough to make an 8x10, assuming 150ppi. It'd fit a 4x6, though.

If you didn't crop, double-check your export settings in Lightroom and make sure you don't have resizing turned on. If you do, Lightroom will size down all your images to fit within the size you specify there - which could be a very good reason for the odd dimensions.

Also - is like this on all your images, or just certain images?

You can see our resolution requirements here:
    http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-quality#minprintres
If the photos don't have large enough resolution, the print sizes are removed from the shopping cart to guarantee the best quality.

thanks for the help! I understand that the dimensions have to be large enough... I am going to check my export settings in lightroom when I get home. That was probably it, although I don't remember messing with it.
