flash bracket question

Hi, I just got the Custom Brackets QRS-H2:



The camera mounts fine and I was going to use my Canon off camera shoe cord to mount my 580EX. However the screw that comes with the bracket that is supposed to secure the shoe is too small for the shoe screw hole. A larger screw would not then be able to fit through the bracket hole, so is there some sort of adapter I need to get? Don't know if that makes sense but I don't know a better way to describe it.

CMP Camera mounting plate
Flash mounting plate" (Emphasis mine)

Thanks so much... Amazon doesn't list that, should have checked the Custom site. I should be good to go now.
