Very nice shot, Walter! I love the composition. The star in the sky as well as the "stars" on the ground are beautiful! clap.gif

The little white flowers remind me of stars...like they fell from the sky and landed there! Nice one!

How early do you need to get out to catch the morning star?

Without the title I would have missed the star.

Thank you everyone for your kind comments! Things have been scattered for me lately, so my apologies for my late response.

This was after a 90 minute drive in the dark out to Joshua Tree NP to catch the sunrise. Incredible predawn experience, and the pinchushion flowers looked like all stars but the Morning star fell to earth and landed here.
