Errors On Page -- Unable To Add Photos To Cart

Issue: Unable to add photos to cart. Returning with "page errors". I haven't had an order in a while, and someone messaged me tonight asking why they couldn't purchase photos anymore. I have absolutely no idea what I did in between to cause it to stop working. I've removed a fair bit of coding, but its still coming back with the issue.
Any idea, or fixes are appreciated.

Tried it on multiple galleries, and its causing the same error everywhere. Nothing in my customization appears to be causing it. I've removed scripts, and the only thing that remains is CSS.

It was happening in both FireFox, and IE.
Oddly enough, its working now...
