It's been my busiest summer by far. :clap Please feel free to C&C.

1. (Yes, the entire Earth was leaning. )




2. (What, ya thought this was going to be easy? )




3. (See, it's not TOO difficult to look beautiful. )




4. (Only a shift in "blacks" from *PS Camera Raw* and a slight overlay blur for skin smoothing. No textures, no dodging/burning, etc. That's actually how the Granite facade turned out when I increased the "blacks"! I love it and so did she - it was the portrait @ the reception.)




5. (Katie examines her hotness. Should have lit that face :cry )




6. (She didn't know I was going to take this, not sure that it works but I like it. Lost the hair, shoulders, etc. I know, but I think it adds to it dramatically.)




7. (Not intentional but it pays to pay attention! )




8. (Are the whites completely blown or in your opinion, will they work for this? A Clarity shift added in *PS Camera RAW* for a Guassian effect.)

Really nice set...and I actually love number 6...like you said, dramatic.

Nice! You did really well! I even like the shot with everyone sharing the same suit with many neck holes.
I also love your spaces and choices for shooting. It looks like the only thing in the room is the bride on display. I love that.

Thanks everyone sooooo very much!

Heather...."same suit w/ many neckholes"....I love it! That was a happy side effect of my own personal taste, I suppose. The ""Blacks" adjustment in PS C Raw is like an addiction.

Angie, getting some really good stuff for the portfolio this summer and more yet to come. You, Pat, Heather and many others are terrific influences!

7 and 8 are a notch above the rest, I also like 5.
Lots of nice shots here. They all seem a bit dark to my eye, sometimes that works.

Thanks Zoom! Actually glad you noticed the darker take on these. I tend to be a bit in that direction. Contrast is candy to me.

I like them all, but really like #2. I would just have cropped out the railing at the top of the photo. Otherwise it is really edgy. I also like #7. Great job!

Thank you so much WLP & Shima! I have a FANTASTIC shoot lined up for next Saturday. It's gonna get funky....I can't wait to post 'em up when they're done! 2 brides that want more of an editorial/fashion spread than your hum-drum everyday cookie-cutter stuff. It's gonna rock.
